February 29th, 2020 – As we have been saying for years now, all is not lost in Ireland. Indeed, with Father Stephen Imbarrato on the ground in Ireland for three weeks in February through March 2020, pro-abortion politicians are losing while Pro-Life Christians take to the streets! Pictured above Father Stephen center with Berrnadette Smyth of Precious Life.
From Father Stephen Imbarrato in Belfast: “ON THE ROAD FOR LIFE: Thursday into Friday, I was in Donegal, Ireland for Mass and another talk. Great crowd, probably close to another 100 people. Forgot to take pictures except for Br Jeremy and Ann, the organizers, some FB followers, and the amazing scenery. I would think that we have spoken personally to over 1000 people, with many more being reached with ripples. Masses, prayer vigils, minor exorcisms in about 1/2 the counties of Ireland. 3 more events before I leave Tuesday. Laid a great foundation for the future.”
Save the 8th Campaign Falls Short
May 26th, 2018 – The Save the 8th campaign was a heartbreak for all of us who value life and Irish culture. For centuries, Irish culture was the most Catholic in the world. Ireland was so Catholic and so central to Western Civilization that she literally saved Europe while most of the continent sinking into barbarism and oblivion. And so while we lost this one – this one battle, this one fight – we have not given up on Ireland or her people. Please join Pro-Life Mission: Ireland as we continue to pray for her, and when called upon, send additional missionaries and relief funds to her aid. This war is not over. It has only begun!
| 5/23/2018 Dear Friend, The vote to repeal the 8th in Ireland is just days away. We have young people working hard over there. We have given and sacrificed to fight this good fight. Now as the vote nears we have joined dozens of pro-life groups across the country to call for 24 hours of prayer and fasting starting tomorrow, May 24th. Please read the letter I have forwarded below and join us in prayer to save babies in Ireland. Please! Let us not grow weary in well doing. Jeff White 5/23/2018 for The Survivors of the Abortion Holocaust ——————————————————– Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ, This Friday May 25th , the people of the once most Catholic nation on the planet will vote on a referendum wherein the future of unborn babies will be momentously and perhaps calamitously decided . Ireland will decide to either defend her 8th Amendment which recognizes the equal humanity of mother and unborn child or it will decide to abolish the 8th Amendment and treat unborn children as waste product to be tortuously ripped apart and thrown away. Christians in Ireland have been working at a fever-pitch to Save the 8th. They are spending their time, talents and treasure in a last-ditch effort to Save the 8thAmendment. They understand that to abolish the 8th Amendment means to destroy the last vestiges of Christian culture in the country that Thomas Cahill famously described as having saved civilization itself. Unfortunately, they are opposed by billions of dollars of foreign money pouring into Ireland on behalf of the “Yes on 8” campaign. Billionaires of the likes of George Soros and celebrities such as Bono and Liam Neeson have put everything on the line to defend the culture of death and end, perhaps forever, the culture of life in the ancient land of St. Patrick and St. Brigid. Will you stand with the people of Ireland? Will you stand with the precious Unborn of Ireland whose very lives are at stake? Indeed, the lives of hundreds of thousands of babies are at stake and the very soul of Christian Ireland hangs in the balance. We as leaders and groups across the country are standing in solidarity with the Church in Ireland and Christians around the globe who will commit to pray and fast for 24 hours, beginning on May 24th, continuing until the results of the vote are known on May 25th. Will you pray? Will you share this message of a world-wide 24 hour prayer vigil on behalf of the Christians of Ireland and their precious unborn Children? Make no mistake, if the Save the 8th Campaign loses, it will not be the end of the carnage, only the beginning. Pro-Death forces have already set their sights on other pro-life nations such as Brazil and Poland. Make no mistake, abortion-on-demand in the Emerald Isle will make it harder to end abortion in our own nation. Already, pro-death forces have convinced millions that abortion is “compassionate” and “civilized.” And as we know, all too well, many of our own Christian leaders have succumbed to the “progressive” idea that abortion is about human freedom and not the image of God in man. We are not asking for money. We are asking, nay pleading, for Christians around the world to pray and fast for Ireland for at least 24 hours, beginning tomorrow, May 24th, and continuing until the results of the May 25th referendum are announced. It is too late to donate your time or money. What Ireland needs now is your prayers! Will you join us in at least 24 hours of prayer and fasting to Save the 8th ? The vigil begins tomorrow . You may begin now! If we do not meet in this life, I am convinced that all who join in this great fight will meet in heaven to rejoice in what God will accomplish through our humble prayers.
